Ana Ivanovic makes UNICEF donation

Ana Ivanovic has again donated to UNICEF’s School Without Violence Programme, after a recent incident of violence in a school in Serbia.

“It is very important for me to be a part of the School without Violence programme, which now encompasses 165 primary schools in Serbia,” said Ana.

“It is of crucial importance that secondary schools join in as soon as possible and begin their fight against violence. I appeal to all people of good will to join us and help us create a network of safe schools in our country.

“We should all double the efforts and ensure that all pupils, teachers, parents and the wider local community become aware of the need for the respect of other people’s rights, and that learning and developmental needs can be achieved only if other people are not put into danger.”
